David Borish
President |
David Borish is the Founder and President of Midtown Capital Group, LLC. He holds a BSB in Global Business Management and started his career as a Real Estate broker in New York in 1998. After a downturn in the Real Estate Markets, Mr. Borish realized an opportunity with the surging popularity of eBay and shortly thereafter opened one of the first eBay drop-off stores in New York, realizing success quickly. His Sell Your Stuff stores became the first New York-based eBay franchise. After several months the business itself was franchised successfully and then acquired. While franchising Sell Your Stuff, Mr. Borish saw an opportunity to help other businesses franchise, so he founded Business Advancement Center LLC, a consulting company which assisted businesses with franchising, licensing and private placement documentation. With the experience he gained from working with private placements Mr. Borish branched out and founded Midtown Capital Group, LLC, an investment consulting firm formed to quality projects for investment. Midtown Capital Group, LLC is now a Limited Partner in a billion dollar Emerging Markets Private Equity fund.
Mr. Borish today continues to head Midtown Capital Group in New York, with a focus now specifically on innovative, institutionally managed securities-collateralized lending for business and individuals.
