exchange. Private equity consists of investors and funds that make investments
directly into private companies or conduct buyouts of public companies that
result in a de-listing of public equity. The capital can be used to fund new
technologies, expand working capital within an owned company, make
acquisitions, or to strengthen a balance sheet. We are specifically interested in opportunities with the following attributes: Target Enterprise Value: 20 million to $ 200 million, or we will syndicate for larger deals under special circumstances. Industries: We
